An endangered child alert has been issued by the Pike County Sheriff's Office for Pike County and surrounding counties: Adams, Highland, Jackson, Ross, and Scioto. The child is believed missing or abducted.
The alert is for a missing 11-year old Harper Ray Bowe, according to the sheriff's department. Harper was last seen at the Dollar General Store at State Route 772 in Piketon, Ohio. She was last seen wearing a beige shirt, light blue sweatpants with Snoopy on them and white Nike tennis shoes. Harper has brown hair with red streaks. Law enforcement is very concerned for her safety.
