'I knew I needed to do a better job at taking care of myself if I wanted to enjoy the process (and the wedding itself) at all.'
I can’t imagine that I am the first person to say that planning a wedding is stressful, but I have to do it anyway. It’s an invitation to stretch out the backs of your calves, pedal your heels, wag your hips, figure out what feels good, and sink deeper into the pose. When I walk the dog literally, I think of the proverbial too. What do I need to stretch inside of myself? What am I moving through? What will feel good?3.
