Initially, the phrase took off in 2020 as a way for people to encourage and validate one another in their desires to opt out of thinking during the pandemic. It then had a resurgence on TikTok and is used to describe those who are somewhat spacey.
9 Eric Matthews Eric has a big heart, and in earlier seasons, he had a lot of admirable qualities such as athleticism and people skills, but he became more clueless as the show continued. There is a theory that Boy Meets World secretly explained what happened to Eric: he used his head to break a car window. This could have led to a brain injury that caused him to do the dumb things he did in the later seasons.
6 Rogelio De La Vega Jane the Virgin's Rogelio provided necessary comic relief in a show filled with dark twists and turns. Although he's a humorous character, he lacks self-awareness and does things that the average person just wouldn't do. For example, he stalks his daughter who doesn't know he exists, names his baby Baby, and is convinced his son-in-law is his best friend, going so far as to call him his "brogelio.
