As the second week of free agency begins, there are still several players available who could interest the Eagles.

The first week of NFL free agency is over but there are still plenty of quality players who remain unsigned. The Eagles have brought in a few outside free agents but weren’t major players in the first week of free agency.

But what we know about Howie Roseman is that he’s always looking to add.: The Eagles brought Epps back to the practice squad at the beginning of last season and he eventually landed on the 53-man roster and eventually needed to play. Epps played in 12 games with 4 starts for the Eagles last season and could be a low-cost replacement for Reed Blankenship, who left in free agency. Epps is 30 now but has played in 94 career games with 49 starts.: Another option at safety could be the 31-year-old Wilson, who has carved out a nice career for himself as a 6th-round pick back in 2019. Wilson has played his entire seven seasons in the NFL with the Cowboys, playing in 98 games with 75 starts. In 2025, he had 71 tackles, 2 interceptions and 5 pass breakups.: Davis is a former 3rd-round pick of the Jets in 2020, when Eagles front office executive Joe Douglas drafted him. Davis played the first five years of his career in New York before playing last season in Miami. In 2025, Davis played in 15 games with 12 starts.: The Eagles already added edge rusher Arnold Ebiketie, but they might not be done at the position. And if they want to round out the room with a complementary player, Epenesa would give the Eagles a different body type. He had just 2 1/2 sacks last season in his sixth year with the Bills but is a good run-defending edge player.: The 28-year-old Jennings has played the first five years of his NFL career with the 49ers and has been productive. His best season came in 2024 when he had 77 catches for 975 yards and 6 touchdowns. But he was productive in 2025 too with 55/643/9. Jennings can play both outside and in the slot and would seemingly be a nice Jahan Dotson replacement but he might be out of the Eagles’ price range.: Kirk is 29 now and is years removed from that massive contract the Jaguars gave him in 2022 . Kirk had just 28 catches for 239 yards and a touchdown for the Texans last season and has just one 1,000-yard season in his career. But the Eagles wouldn’t be paying Kirk as a top wideout; he could be a slot receiver in the offense.: The 32-year-old former first-round pick has already played for six teams in his NFL career. In 2025, he split time between the Bills and Saints, totaling 24 catches for 279 yards. He’s well past his prime as a WR1 but Cooks might be a nice complementary piece in the Eagles’ offense. He played college football with Eagles OC Sean Mannion at Oregon State.: Last offseason, Johnson left Philadelphia to sign a deal with the Jaguars but was then traded back to Philly in the summer. Johnson, 28, has been a solid swing tackle for the Eagles the last couple years, starting 14 games. The Eagles don’t really have a swing tackle right now so if Johnson is willing to come back, this could work. The 29-year-old Skule played with the Vikings last year, playing in 16 games with 9 starts under OL coach Chris Kuper, who is now in Philly. Before that, Skule was in Tampa Bay, where Eagles passing game coordinator Josh Grizzard was on staff. Skule graded out as the 45th-ranked OT out of 84 in the NFL last season. Skule has experience at left tackle, right tackle and as a big blocking tight end, which is ideal for a swing tackle.: The 25-year-old Burfurd was a 49ers’ fourth-round pick back in 2022 and has played in 56 games with 38 starts over the last four years. Burfurd has some experience at tackle but has mostly played guard on both sides of the center. With health questions for the Eagles up front, they could use another backup interior lineman after Brett Toth left in free agency. Burfurd has familiarity in the Shanahan scheme after playing under Kyle Shanahan in San Francisco.: It’s unclear if the Eagles would really be interested in bringing back Becton. But if he doesn’t get a good deal elsewhere, maybe that could work. Becton was the full-time starting right guard in the 2024 Super Bowl season but was released by the Chargers after just one season in LA. Because he was released, Becton would not count against the compensatory pick formula.
