With the millions, if not billions, of recipes available to us these days, finding that ideal meal to make often serves palpable'needle in a haystack' energy — so I'm here to help you through it. I'd consider myself to be a bit of a hobby recipe archivist of sorts; that's what happens when you're as food-obsessed and Type A as I am.
