11 lelaki terbabit mengaku mengetahui bahawa bermain bola sepak adalah dilarang di bawah PKPP.
Ketua Polis Daerah Seberang Perai Utara Noorzainy Mohd Noor berkata, sepasukan polis yang menjalankan rondaan di kawasan itu pada 1.30 pagi mendapati 11 lelaki berusia antara 19 hingga 23 tahun itu sedang bermain bola sepak di taman berkenaan.
