Justine Nobbe is the cofounder and executive director of Adventure Mamas, which began in 2015 as a meet-up group for mothers of young children. It has since grown into a national organization with 13 regional chapters. Nobbe’s mission is to “give women space to pursue their passions wholeheartedly, not because it makes us better caregivers but because we all deserve to be happy,” she says. “Whatever it is that sets your soul on fire, that’s what you should be doing.
