The Cowboys selected Pollard with the 26th pick in the fourth round of the 2019 draft, 128th overall.Pollard said at the time that he suffered from food poising at the NFL combine after eating at Chipotle. Bothered by an upset stomach, the running back ran a 4.52 40-yard dash at the combine, a time well off his normal pace. He made up for it at Memphis’ pro day by clocking in at a 4.37.

The restaurant comes highly rated, too. It was named one of the 10 best BBQ restaurants in the city of Memphis by the Travel Channel. That achievement speaks volumes, because like Dallas, Memphis is known for some good BBQ.
