7 Lady Tamayo is the Demon Standing Against Muzan First Appearance: Chapter 14/Episode 8 Close Lady Tamayo is a demon who managed to cut herself off from Muzan's control using her knowledge of medicine, and was one of the first demons Muzan converted. She wields a particularly powerful Blood Demon Art, one which allows her to use her blood to perform spell-like effects, such as forcing people to tell the truth, or causing hallucinations in the target.
5 Genya Fights With A Most Unusual Weapon First Appearance: Chapter 6/Episode 4 Close Genya Shinazugawa is the younger brother of Sanemi Shinazugawa, the Wind Hashira, although the two aren't on good terms. He was one of only five trainees to survive the final selection process, showing his raw talent. Genya fights with a unique weapon: a shotgun that fires nichirin shells, as opposed to using a nichirin sword like other Demon Slayers, although he does have a short sword to use on occasion.
