Kuching Masjid dan surau yang berhasrat menjalankan ibadat korban sempena Aidiladha ini, perlu membentuk jawatankuasa pengelola dengan hanya 10 orang sahaja dibenar menyembelih dan 20 orang bagi melapah.
Menteri Muda di Jabatan Ketua Menteri Sarawak, Datuk Dr Abdul Rahman Junaidi berkata, mereka perlu mendaftar dengan Pejabat Agama Islam Bahagian dan mendapat permit penyembelihan haiwan ternakan daripada Pejabat Veterinar Negeri atau mana-mana Pejabat Veterinar Daerah."Bagi proses pemotongan daging, menimbang dan pembungkusan pula hanya 10 orang dibenarkan, manakala peserta dan penerima maksimum adalah 20 orang," katanya, hari ini.
Dr Abdul Rahman berkata, individu yang disahkan pulih Covid-19 dan mereka dengan notis kuarantin atau mempunyai gejala penyakit itu dilarang hadir bagi mengawal penularan wabak. "Tapak penyembelihan pula mestilah sesuai, bersih dan selamat serta dibenarkan pihak berkuasa tempatan sementara pembekal ternakan harus ada sijil kesihatan veterinar," katanya.
