The new nail directive dictates that nude nails are always the way to go when regular salon appointments are not an option 💅
When Chrissy Teigen tweeted from quarantine, “Really glad that one month ago, I chose a neutral nail”, women around the world either related to Teigen’s relief or cursed themselves for indulging in elaborate nail art before lockdown.
Teigen articulated something pertinent about manicures in her quip: nude nails are always the way to go when regular salon appointments are not an option. Regrowth is almost invisible, so there’s no need to be religious about repainting; chips aren’t a worry as you can barely see them; and the more transparent your nude shade is, the easier it is to overlook the fact your DIY application is less than perfect.
