Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Rushing into the Lower City might seem tempting in Act 3 in Baldur's Gate 3, but there are plenty of things to do before ever stepping foot inside Wyrm's Rock Fortress. It's also full of memorable characters and locations, although some are easier to stumble across than others.

It does, however, have someone inside. If the party should end up wanting to kill the windmill's occupant, the situation makes it easy, but it's also possible to help.
