Kesemua mereka berumur antara 16 hingga 43 tahun itu mengaku bersalah di hadapan Timbalan Pendaftar Mahkamah Tinggi Tawau Amir Shah Amir Hassan. Seorang lagi tertuduh berumur 21 tahun dihukum penjara tiga bulan. Mengikut fakta semasa polis membuat rondaan PKP pada 3 April lepas, pukul 8.50 malam, pihak polis memintanya pulang semula ke rumah tetapi selepas tiga kali diberitahu, dia masih berdegil dan tidak mengendahkan arahan polis itu.
