The Cast of Re_Zero and the Cast of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime
KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! is the funniest isekai series of all time. It features one of the most frustratingly lovable cast of characters, a world filled with mystery, and some of the best writing in anime, all genres included. When Satou Kazuma is transported to his new world, he's allowed to bring any one thing with him. When the Goddess Aqua laughs at him during this process, he decides to take her instead, creating a hilarious dynamic within the first episode.
✕ Remove Ads Satou Kazuma and Misumi Makoto don't have a lot in common on the surface. Makoto is incredibly overpowered, while Kazuma has died several times within his own series. Still, they've both found a place for themselves within their new worlds. They rely on the characters around them when they're not too sure of what's going on, and they're both much better for it.
1 Drifters is darkly funny. It's not for the faint of heart, and that's what makes the series so great. While KonoSuba has relatively clean comedy, outside of a few lewd moments, Drifters couldn't be dirtier. Characters cuss so much that sailors would be impressed. The humor in Drifters is found everywhere, making it a decent comparison to the hilarity that is KonoSuba.
