Nash Bridges was going up against some heavyweights in the primetime line-up, including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Because of that and its cancellation, the show isn’t as well remembered as it should be. Notably, its creator Carlton Cuse went on to work as a showrunner for Lost, having worked with Lost creator Damon Lindelof on Nash Bridges, where he got his start as a writer.
