“Briefly, a person entered the ADPH 9th floor offices at the RSA Tower today at 8:30 a.m. and set off a fire alarm,” the email stated. “ADPH staff responded and implemented their security protocol.” The Fire Marshal’s staff and law enforcement also quickly arrived, according to the email.
