Officials say a balcony on the third floor of a building in Cincinnati has collapsed, sending multiple people to the hospital. Cincinnati Fire Chief Frank McKinley says one person is in critical condition from the collapse Friday evening. He tells WKRC-TV that officials are investigating the collapse.
