Long Beach officers were chasing a stolen Kia Optima around Monday, May 13, near the northbound freeway and Anaheim Street around 10:30 p.m., KNBC4 reported.Long Beach officers dragged some of the occupants from the burning Kia and attempting to douse the flames with fire extinguishers before the arrival of Long Beach firefighters, who knocked down the fire, California Highway Patrol Officer Erik Larsen said.
