Philadelphia Police say a large group of drivers participating in street racing have been causing chaos in several parts of the city.
Officials are investigating after a large number of drivers have been causing chaos throughout the city, with one of the incidents ending in a police-involved shooting.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, officers were dispatched to I-95 in the area of Penn's Landing just before 3:30 a.m. for numerous vehicles and pedestrians blocking the roadway.
