Police say two vehicles, a Mercury Grand Marquis and a Mitsubishi Mirage, were going the wrong way on the ramp when they were hit by a Nissan going in the correct direction.A baby, a teenage male and a woman in the Mirage are all in critical condition.Two people who were in the Nissan are in stable condition.The name of the person who was killed has not been released.
