One dead, 2 hurt in shooting near South Side McDonald's.
A man was killed and two others were injured during a shooting near a South Side McDonald’s Thursday, Chicago police said.
The three were on the sidewalk on the 100 block of West 95th Street around 2:47 p.m. when they were all shot by an unknown person, police said.A 29-year-old man suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the body and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
A 49-year-old woman was taken to the University of Chicago Hospital in serious condition with a gunshot wound to the right arm while a 27-year-old man shot in the back was also taken to Christ, where he was listed in good condition, police said.
