A 19-year-old was arrested for a drive-by shooting that occurred on the south side. Video from the homeowner's security cameras helped catch the suspect.
INDIANAPOLIS — A 19-year-old man was charged in connection to a drive-by shooting on the south side of Indianapolis.James Hamilton says his house was hit in the incident."I was sitting on my bed looking at my phone, which I do a lot. All of a sudden I heard glass breaking. I knew someone was shooting at me. I immediately fell to the floor because I figured I needed to get down," said Debra David, Hamilton's girlfriend."I was totally shocked.
"I’m jumpy at every little sound I hear now, and I'm always watching the monitors because I wasn’t expecting to be shot at," said David. "I posted a man with a gun back here at the park. It was on my security surveillance. The next day my house got shot up," said Hamilton.
