JohorBahru Sebanyak 18 pusat pemindahan sementara (PPS) dibuka di lima daerah terjejas banjir di Johor, dengan 1,210 mangsa dipindahkan berikutan hujan lebat hampir seharian semalam.

Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Kesihatan dan Alam Sekitar Johor, R Vidyananthan berkata, 1,210 mangsa itu membabitkan sebanyak 288 keluarga.

"Namun jumlah PPS paling banyak dibuka iaitu lima buah adalah di Muar, Pontian dan Kluang masing-masing empat PPS, Batu Pahat dan Tangkak ," katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini.
