I know you worked on a song with Kanye about a year and a half ago. How has your life changed since then? I was listening to “Divorce” on my way over here and the lyrics really caught my attention. I was wondering if you could walk me through your process on that track. so the producers I was working with put me on to it. They were like, “Yo, you got to listen to this, you’re crazy!” I fell in love, we listened to it every day. Every morning we put it on, and that inspired me a lot. Pink Floyd are fucking hard! I love them! They’re very free. I can tell they’re not making music to be mainstream. They’ll have a 15-minute song and the vocals ain’t even come in until the 13 minute? That is very interesting to me, because you’re really doing what you feel.
