Though construction on the community is not slated for completion until 2026, the first phase of townhomes has already hit the market, with prices starting at $6.9 million. In addition, Olson Kundig will be designing The Landing, a modern year-round clubhouse, and Marcella Lodge, a private ski-in, ski-out lounge. “Marcella Landing at Deer Valley and Marcella Lodge offer dynamic spaces for gathering and recreation at Deer Valley East Village, while providing convenient access to skiing and other outdoor activities,” says Tom Kundig, principal/owner and founder at Olson Kundig, in a statement. “The designs draw on core elements of mountain architecture—the ability to connect with the breathtaking landscape and the comfort of returning to a welcoming space after a day of adventure. It captures the full range of experiences that draw us to the mountains.” The townhomes themselves will be nestled atop a ridge overlooking the expansive new East Village and come in either a spring or autumn color palette. Each of the abodes will measure up to 5,000 square feet in size and feature a two-car garage and snowmelt driveway. Naturally, you’ll have views of the ski resort from your glass-walled great room. Each residence with have a slew of chic perks too, including a fitness and spa area decked out with a dry sauna, a cold plunge, and an outdoor hot tub.
